Dr. Gray provided a good overview of Bill C - 18. There are however other questions he never got to or needs more information such as:
what will happen with the multiplicity of grades, particularly for HRSW after August 1, 2011? The CWB provided their perspective on international supply and demand and provided that information at minimal cost (paid for by farmers indirectly). Will this continue or do we know have to enlist the services of analysts such as in oilseeds and pulses, some of whom may also be traders?
I am sure there are other questions and would appreciate to view those questions and have some responses from other viewers to this subject.
